Zona Mini Camp Series

Program Overview

The Zona Minis is geared to introduce young athletes to the sport of volleyball.  The athletes will learn volleyball skills but will also work on developing large muscle groups that are needed in the development of all sports.  We will also put an emphasis on social, listening and communication skills.

Some training will be volleyball specific and some will be general athletics (i.e. running, jumping and throwing).

The Zona Minis is designed for 3-9 year olds. Both boys and girls are welcome!

Information and Registration Link Below!!

The Zona Mini session will be run by the Minis program coordinator, Ana Johnson.  Ana will have a dynamic staff that is excited to work with young athletes.  We will work hard to ensure a low player to coach ratio.

Registration

Please scroll up to register for sessions.  Space is limited to 30 athletes. (Registration in OPEN!)

Registration will be open and ongoing for each session until the session is full.

Please Note
This is a sign-up to participate class that will focus on skill and athletic development.  We never know what the overall skill level of the group will be.  However, since the primary focus of each session is skill development, most of the drills will be single contact drills or general athletic movements, which means that the overall skill of the group will not affect the individual athlete's development.  When multiple contact/competitive drills are incorporated, the instructors will ability group as well as they can based on the athletes in attendance on any given day.
