Jacquelyn Johnson

Jacquelyn Johnson was born and raised in Bakersfield, California.  She played four years of volleyball at Ridgeview High School as well as four years for Bakersfield Volleyball Club.

Jacquelyn graduated in 2018 from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho with a degree in Biology and Health Education. While attending NNU, she played 4 years on the women's volleyball team as a libero and defensive specialist. All four years, Jacquelyn made the Great Northwest Athletic Conference All-Academic Team. Her team made it to the NCAA Regional Tournament 3 out of the 4 years, finishing second her senior season (2018).  

After graduating, Jacquelyn relocated to Tucson, Arizona to be closer to family. 

Jacquelyn is currently a biology teacher at Pueblo High School, where she is also the JV volleyball coach.

The 2019 club season will be Jacquelyn's first season coaching with Zona.
