If the athlete/parent has a problem with a team-related issue (teammates or coaching staff):   Follow the chain of command below.

• Athlete should contact coach to discuss/resolve
• Athlete and parent should contact the coach to discuss/resolve
• Athlete and parent should contact Matt Dyck to set up a meeting with the athlete, parent, coach, and Matt to discuss/resolve.

If the athlete/parent has a problem that falls under the SafeSport category:  Contact our SafeSport contact, Matt Dyck
